What Happened With Dancer Sapna Chaudhary?
Organizers filed the FIR against the famous celebrity and accused her of not following the rules and clauses written and signed by herself on the contract with complete acceptance and violating the terms of the contract by participating in activities totally against the contract. Later the organizers took her to the courtroom and made sure the issue the warrant against her for violating the business contract that she had signed herself without any forcible action by anyone. The case will now be discussed or say heard at Lucknow’s community court, of the judicial magistrate’s office. Being a high-profile case she’ll be presented shortly and the decision will be made immediately in order to avoid any intrusion by the media and news reporters.
Why Was Arrest Warrant Issued Against Sapna Chaudhary?
Although this is not the first time Sapna Chaudhary to get involved in some controversy. Before this incident she had been involved in many other matters and was even accused of cheating, breaching the business contract and fraud over the business contracts as well. Previously, in February the year 2021, she was charged by the department of Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing, over allegations of cheating, and criminal breach of trust along with criminal conspiracy and misappropriation of funds. The dancer had got most of her fame but in a most negative way since all these ways somehow affected her image and reputation among common people including her fans.

The complaint included her breaking the artist management contract, where it was clearly stated that she would not be allowed to work for any other company or business firm till the contract expires but she did that. The incident was on the 13th of October year 2018 and other details are not yet revealed but will soon be revealed after the decision from the court will be announced. She was supposed to not work for any organisation till the contract period is running but she didn’t follow the norms and violated all the rules and took legal actions into her own hands. Now she has to face the consequences.
